Our Team

Optometrist

Dr. Linder holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of California, Davis and has achieved a Doctor of Optometry from the University of California, Berkeley.

She has been successfully practicing optometry for over 30 years in Antioch, California. As an optometrist, she is dedicated to her craft and stays current with the latest technologies, therapies, and licensure requirements by completing more than 25 hours of continuing education each year.

Dr. Linder is married to her husband, Shawn. Together, they have four children—Andrew, Aubrey, Amanda, and Adrian—four in-law children, and ten grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys church activities, playing games with family and friends, working on jigsaw puzzles, and traveling—especially when water activities are involved.

Her special professional interests include contact lenses and myopia control for children, improving eye and visual comfort for patients with dry, irritated eyes, and exploring surgical options to enhance lifestyle. Dr. Linder is passionate about optometry and considers her patients part of her extended family.

Optometrist

Dr. Hoang grew up in the Bay Area, attending Granada High School and graduating from University of California Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Molecular and Cell Biology. She graduated from the State University of New York College of Optometry in 2022, earning her Doctor of Optometry degree in New York, New York. 

Her special interests include pediatric care and myopia control, treating dry eye, contact lens fittings, and providing care with the full scope of optometric practice. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, bouldering, skateboarding, running, and spending time with friends and family. 

At SUNY College of Optometry, she was the treasurer for a chapter of ACE - The Health Practitioner’s Society that provided interdisciplinary healthcare screenings. She was also the treasurer for the Student Chapter of American Public Health Association helping to raise $1,400 for Optometry Giving Sight’s World Sight Day Challenge. In August 2019, Dr. Hoang volunteered in underserved and rural communities in Vietnam for two weeks with the Vietnam Health Clinic (VHC) based out of Seattle, providing care with a mobile health clinic that provided medical, dental, optometric, pharmaceutical, and therapeutic services. She is committed to continuing volunteerism in the Bay Area.

Optometrist

Dr. Monique Bennett received her Bachelor of Science at Dominican University of California and completed her Doctor of Optometry degree at Marshall B. Ketchum University in Fullerton, CA. Her externship training included Eyecenter Optometric in Rocklin, Veterans Hospital in Hawaii, and Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield. She joined our practice in 2023 and has been dedicated to providing her patients with a personalized eye care experience to meet each patient's visual and lifestyle needs. In her free time, Dr. Bennett enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new coffee shops and restaurants, and watching her favorite Bay Area sports teams.
